Return Policy

Overview

To initiate a merchandise return request, please contact support@tripsurvival.com or call 800-717-7091 with your order confirmation number.

All eligible returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by TRIPSurvival.com. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in like-new condition, in all its original packaging, must contain all original accessories, and must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Unused, unopened, resalable merchandise in brand new condition may be returned for a full refund. Non-commercial, lightly used residential equipment may be assessed and considered for return less a restocking fee as detailed below, excluding certain brand-specific items that can only be returned if unopened and unused.

Commercial equipment that has been opened and used to any degree may not be returned. However, all commercial machines are covered under their factory’s warranty, and TRIP Survival will work diligently with you to help resolve any factory defect issues with the manufacturer.

Order cancellations made after an item has been physically shipped or refusal at the time of delivery are considered returns.

This policy does not apply to orders placed on Amazon, eBay, or any other third-party marketplace. Please contact us for return policies/instructions if you purchased through a third party.

Delivery Damage

Damage to any shipment must be reported within 3 days of delivery. Email photos of the damage (machine and boxes), in addition to a photo of the shipping label, to orders@tripsurvival.com immediately upon noticing the damage. Please reference your order number in the subject line.

Restocking Fees (if necessary)

We dislike restocking fees just as much as you do, trust us. It’s because of this that we look to avoid them as much as possible. They are, however, necessary in certain cases, so please read the information below before shipping your item(s) back to us.

The following measures help avoid restocking fees on returns:

  • Include all original accessories with your item(s)
  • Ship equipment in the original boxes
  • Re-pack your item(s) carefully to ensure maximum protection. Should your machine arrive back to us damaged due to careless packaging, a restocking fee of up to 30% may be assessed.

Lightly used machines within the 30-day return window will be examined once returned and are subject to up to a 30% restocking fee. We put these fees in place to cover the costs of shipping (freight and materials) and the retail difference, as they can no longer be sold as brand new machines.
